Previous experience is an advantage but not a requirement, the important thing is that you are passionate about the work and the association. There is nothing to lose, do not hesitate! All members are welcome to apply.

President
The chairman is the organization's face to the outside world and has the ultimate responsibility for the association. He has an overview of the whole organization at both local, national and international level. The chairman also represents IFMSA-Sweden vis-à-vis authorities and associations. Hen coordinates and maintains continuous contact with other board members, coordinates and leads board meetings, at the same time as he looks ahead and looks at the association's direction and overall goals. VPI – Vice-president of internal affairs

VPE – Vice-President of External Affairs

For those who want to represent IFMSA-Sweden under the national external meetings. You are responsible for IFMSA-Sweden's members' opinions put forward in different contexts, for example in relation to youth organizations and global health actors in Sweden. A high degree of social skills and policy interest is therefore an advantage.

VPIA – Vice President for International Affairs

Are you passionate about international cooperation? Then this post is perfect for you! VPIA is responsible for IFMSA-Sweden's contact and cooperation with other member organizations in the international IFMSA Federation. He also leads our participation in plenary during international meetings and is responsible for international IFMSA opportunities reaching out to the association's members. Previous participations at GA, EuRegMe and FINO are meritorious.

SECRETARY GENERAL
Responsible for the contact with our main sponsors, acting secretary of the Board and assists the president on many issues. Compiles every month the project applications that have been received, and helps projects with various issues. An exciting week where the handover gives you the most!

Cashier
The treasurer is ultimately responsible for IFMSA-Sweden's financial operations, sponsansökningar, and financial statements. As treasurer, you work closely with the general secretary and the chairman to keep track of the association's activities. NEO-in – National exchange officer for incoming students
Responsible for IFMSA-Sweden's internship exchange activities concerning the foreign students who come to Sweden at clinical yields. NEO's main task is to coordinate the exchange m.h.a. the local exchange liable, This includes tasks such as making sure all local exchange managers have information and help in receiving students, and send out Invitation Letters and Card of Acceptance to incoming students. NEO-in works closely with the other three positions responsible for exchange and has a large part in the international work, as this is of great importance to the work around the exchange. During the national meetings, it is the responsibility of the two NEOs to plan and hold a program for the participants and to participate in board meetings and represent this. They must also stay up to date on the work that takes place internationally and bring it down to the national and local level.

NEO-out – National exchange officer for outgoing students
Responsible for Swedish students who travel to other countries clinical exchanges with IFMSA-Sweden. NRC-out works to advertise exchange sites, and allocate to the applicant for a yield. NORE-out – National officer on research exchange for outgoing students

NPO – National public health officer
The entry for those who enjoy health amongst the most important thing! NPO has an active communication with the local managers of different localities and individuals responsible for the individual projects. You support projects in Public Health in Sweden, inspires and helps with new projects started, and is responsible for the Public Health Group of time during national holidays. In addition, you are part of the general work of the board and get involved where you deem appropriate.

NORA – National officer on reproductive health including HIV/AIDS
The post for you who are passionate about sexual and reproductive health and rights! NORA is responsible for our projects that concern reproductive and sexual health, d.v.s. Kärleksakuten, Genus Group, Maama Project and the AIDS race. NORA's task is to support the projects within the group and to drive development forward, by, for example, encouraging localities to start new projects. NORA must have an active communication with local managers in the various localities as well as people who are responsible for the individual projects. During the national meetings, it is NORA's responsibility to plan and hold a program for the group and to participate in board meetings and represent it.. NORA must also keep up to date on the work that takes place internationally and bring it down to the national and local level. NORP – National Officer on human right and peace
The post for those who think human rights and peace issues are among the most important that exists! You support projects in human rights issues in Sweden, inspires and helps with new projects started, and is responsible for the group's time for national holidays. Media- and Public Relations

Are you passionate about spreading the word about IFMSA-Sweden's work and think it's fun with design and PR? Then the position as media manager is something for you. On a daily basis, you will keep track of IFMSA-Sweden's channels on social media and be responsible for information about IFMSA-Sweden's work and events coming out to our members - how to do it, is entirely up to you. You are also responsible for the website and register of members. During national holidays, use the association camera to take photos and keep instagram / twitter / public pep started. You do not know how to take pictures, but knows how to delegate? Bra! When the problem is solved.

Nomination
You have a good knowledge of association involvement at board level and know how the work can often look like. You like to make complex assessments and have a good overview of the association to be able to choose the best board the association can get. You work during August through October, which is the period before the election meeting. During that time, you will announce elections for national posts, nominate candidates and submit a proposal to the General Council.

You're an old veteran of the association which is about to phase out your involvement, but do not really want to let go than. You are one of two that together examines what the National Board held separately in the year, go through the budget and reports and to assure you that the business does not deviate from the purpose of the association.
