Once a year together medical students from Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.

FINO stands for Federation of International Nordic medical students' Organizations. FINO-sessions are held annually and aimed at deepening cooperation between neighboring countries. We want to take advantage of both the similarities as well as the differences that exist in between our countries. We do this by meeting in a smaller format, typically around 50 participant.

Like the general assemblies meet all working separately to further educate themselves and be inspired to new projects and collaborations. The meeting will be smaller than other international meetings, making it both more intimate and easier to achieve concrete results.

Going on a FINO meeting is an optimal opportunity for those who are relatively new to the IFMSA to get a first glimpse of the international business. At the same time, it will be beneficial for those who are more engaged, then there are great opportunities to network and gain a deeper understanding of the other member countries working structure and bring both lessons and inspiration back to work in IFMSA-Sweden.

Before each FINO meeting announced an application to the Swedish delegation, as judged by a nomination. As a member you can apply to the Swedish delegation and thereby take part in an unforgettable experience, where you will meet other Nordic medical students also get involved.
